2. CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products and services by Planet Friendly Living Ltd. Please read these conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you are agreeing to be bound by these conditions and those set out in our Delivery and Returns policy.

 

CONTRACT

When you make an online purchase from the Planet Friendly Living website we will send you an email message confirming the details of your order. This is the ‘confirmation email’. The contract of sale is concluded when we dispatch the product to you and send you a dispatch confirmation email message.

 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

When you purchase goods online you have the right to cancel the order and return the product (at your own expense) within 14 days of receipt provided it is unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. (Note that certain products cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene reasons.) 

If the product is faulty we will of course issue a refund or replace it free of charge.
