Ideal for cleaning out bottles, flasks and other hard to reach nooks and crannies, this environmentally friendly bottle brush is also completely recyclable and biodegradable. The handle is made from FSC certified beech wood, the bristles are tampico (made from a variety of the agave plant) and the core is steel.
At 33 cm long the tampico bottle brush can reach the bottom of even tall bottles, whilst its slim profile can fit into most narrow necks. The handle is about 1.5 cm wide and the bristles are about 2.3 cm across at their widest point.
For a chunkier bottle brush, suitable for wider flasks and jars, try our Coconut Bottle Brush, or for very small spaces try our Tiny Bottle Brush.
Care of the bottle brush
To prolong the life of the bottle brush, we recommend that you rinse it after use, give the bristles a quick dry with a towel, then hang the brush to dry, ready for next time. As it is made from organic materials, the bottle brush will deteriorate over time if left standing in water.
When it reaches the end of its useful life, you can cut off the handle and bristles and put them in the compost. The remaining steel core can be recycled with other metals.
