Make your own eco-friendly Christmas crackers with this plastic-free cracker kit. The kit contains all the components needed to make 6 high quality Christmas crackers. You only need to provide scissors, sticky tape and cracker gifts (if using).
The Christmas crackers are straightforward to construct and can be embellished with your own decorations to match your table theme. The DIY cracker kit also makes an enjoyable craft activity for the run up to Christmas (adult supervision is required if making them with children).
The crackers are easy to personalise if desired. The cracker blanks can be drawn or painted on while flat, or you can apply you own decoration such as stickers, dried fruit and flowers, or cinnamon sticks to the finished crackers. The eco-friendly Christmas Cracker Kit contains the following:
- 6 x cracker blanks made of recycled kraft card
- 6 x tissue paper crowns in assorted colours, FSC certified paper
- 6 x cracker snaps, recycled card
- 6 x name labels made of recycled kraft card
- Natural jute twine
- 1 x sheet of cracker jokes, printed in colour on FSC certified paper
- 1 x sheet of trivia questions, printed in colour on FSC certified paper
- 1 x instruction sheet, kraft paper
The kit is supplied wrapped in unbleached tissue paper in a recycled cardboard envelope.
The decorative paper tape and small decorations used in the pictures of the finished crackers are for illustrative purposes only and are not included in the kit. The printed paper tape can be purchased separately.
Disposal
All parts of the eco-friendly Christmas cracker kit are recyclable and biodegradable when you have finished with them. There's no glitter, foil, plastic film or other nasties.
