Ideal for cleaning out bottles, flasks and other hard to reach nooks and crannies, this environmentally friendly bottle brush is also completely recyclable and biodegradable. The handle is made from FSC certified beech wood, the bristles are sisal (made from the agave plant) and the core is stainless steel.

At 30cm long the sisal bottle brush can reach the bottom of even tall bottles, whilst its slim diameter can fit into most narrow necks. The handle is about 2cm wide and the bristles are about 3cm across at their widest point.

For a chunkier bottle brush, suitable for wider flasks and jars, try our Coconut Bottle Brush, or for very small spaces try our Tiny Bottle Brush.

Care of the bottle brush

To prolong the life of the bottle brush, we recommend that you rinse it after use, give the bristles a quick dry with a towel, then hang the brush to dry, ready for next time. As it is made from organic materials, the bottle brush will deteriorate over time if left standing in water.

When it reaches the end of its useful life, you can cut off the handle and bristles and put them in the compost. The remaining stainless steel core can be recycled with other metals.
