No need for clingfilm or plastic bags to wrap your sandwiches or cover leftovers, these reusable beeswax wraps will keep food protected and fresh for longer. They're also great when travelling for wrapping items such as toothbrushes, soap or shampoo bars.
The selection of sizes in this three pack means that there'll always be one that's just the right size! Each pack of beeswax wraps contains the following:
- 1 x large wrap 30cm x 30cm
- 1 x medium wrap 25cm x 25cm
- 1 x small wrap 20cm x 20cm
The beeswax wraps are handmade so there may be a small variation in the measurements. Each pack contains wraps in three different William Morris designs in shades of blue and green.
These beeswax food wraps are made from:
- OEKO-TEX certified 100% cotton
- All natural beeswax
- Grade A sustainably tapped damar resin
- Extra virgin olive oil
If properly cared for, a beeswax wrap can be reused for up to a year before needing to be refreshed with a little more beeswax. (See our beeswax refresher bars.) When you no longer need the beeswax wrap you can just cut it up and add it to your compost bin, or cut it into strips and use as a firelighter.
Beeswax wraps are not suitable for covering hot food (it'll melt the wax), nor for using with raw meat or fish. It is advisable to avoid beeswax wraps if you suffer from any nut allergies in case you are sensitive to the tree resin used.
