Pair of handmade pure beeswax taper candles.
 
These lovely taper candles are unscented, other than with the natural smell of beeswax itself, and will add a touch of elegance to your dinner table.
 
Handmade in the UK using a traditional hand dipped method, the dinner candles are made from 100% pure beeswax with no added fragrances, dyes or other chemicals.
 
Beeswax is non-toxic and clean burning and emits none of the toxic chemicals found in paraffin wax candles, making it more suitable for people with allergies or other sensitivities. It has a higher melting point than paraffin wax which means that your candle burns brighter, for longer and emits little if any soot.
 
For the most efficient burning, keep the wick trimmed to 5mm and make sure that the candle is fully upright and away from draughts.
 
Each taper candle is about 20cm x 2cm: as each candle is handmade there is a small amount of variance in size and shape. The candles are supplied as pairs, joined by their wicks. Trim the wicks to length (see above) before use.
