There is a small air hole in the lid to keep the inside of the case dry, but for best results we recommend that you shake the water off your toothbrush bristles before putting it inside the travel case.
 
Bamboo is a super sustainable resource, and also has naturally anti-bacterial properties as well as being completely biodegradable. This toothbrush travel case should last you for years, but when it has outlived its usefulness, you can just add it to your garden compost bin where it should rot down within a year.
